The hotel was a true delight, with its outdated decor and uncomfortable beds, it made for a memorable stay. The staff were, let's just say, less than friendly.
Oh, where do I begin? The traffic noise was simply delightful, as was the lovely view of a roundabout from my room.

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be convenient due to its proximity to a bus stop and great walking trails. The hotel, however, is situated on a busy roundabout, resulting in some traffic noise. Despite this, our room provided a nice mountain view and had a wide balcony. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and clean rooms. Although the facilities and decor were somewhat dated, we were satisfied with the comfortable room and bathroom. our experience at this hotel was positive, with only minor drawbacks.

Had a great time exploring all that Andorra has to offer. On-site parking was available as requested. Friendly local staff helped us plan our 2-day itinerary. Nice breakfast and delicious seafood for dinner. Value for money since we booked a spacious and comfortable room for 4 people. WiFi worked well.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect for bike riders, as it is close to great walking trails and a bus stop. There is even a steep trail at the back of the hotel with stunning views. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff provides excellent service and the check-in and check-out process is smooth. The hotel offers a great view to the river from some rooms, and the WiFi is excellent.
The facilities are weathered and in need of renovation.

I loved the cozy ambiance of the hotel. The classic decor with vintage furniture and elegant touches made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The hotel's general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and socializing. As a senior, I also greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility measures, such as handrails in the hallways and an elevator for easy navigation.
If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and it would have been nice to have more personalized attention.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my motorcycle tour of Europe. The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a charming vintage touch that made it feel cozy and inviting. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with convenient elevators and well-lit hallways.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is a more attentive staff. While the children working there were friendly, there were moments when their response time could have been better.
